I visited this site for the first time on August 12th for one week. My son had arrived three days earlier and asked if we could be close together . He was informed that this could not be, and only when I arrived would I be able to choose my pitch. He was told that I could not arrive till 12.00pm, however, upon my arrival, my son informed me that new arrivals had been there from 9.00 am. When I arrived at 12. 20 pm, the pitch next to my son had been taken from 9.15 am. How can that be ? When I complained to the staff, they said there was nothing they could do about it and i was to write in and complain. On the two occasions I had to talk to the staff in the office, I felt that I was always bothering them and they were far too important to waste time with me. The staff need changing !!!!!
