No idea what happened to my review above, it seems to have lost all the spaces and the u's so if it doesnt happen again this is what it should have read:

We were here in June so not in the school holidays when I would imagine it could get quite busy due to the pool and location. We were a bit surprised that having paid per night for the two of us that we were asked to pay extra to use the Pitch and Put and Tennis courts. The site itself is up to the usual club standards and the wardens were friendly and helpful.The Plymouth to Looe and Polperro bus stops at the entrance but you can safely walk to Looe on a back path which eventually drops down between two shops on the main street. As for anywhere else well that's a drive away. The WiFi signal was good but I refuse to pay such extortionate prices to use it especially as everyone in the caravan has to pay if they want to use it at the same time. Most other sites provide free WiFi so come on stop being so greedy!
