We booked this site as an emergency stop owing to a miscalculation with the timings of our journey. Wardens fantastic very helpful, fitted us in for the one night, even though when I got there the site seemed to be jam packed busy busy busy, the pool looked to be a cracking size. There is a chipper five mins away, turn left out gate and it is on left, restaurant there as well, never had whale and chips before, but it felt like that when finished consuming it. Site is huge looking, wee shop at reception.  I think it would be sound for a wee break as it is central to a good few things to do around the area. well done to all running it.
