Found it incredibly...5 days prior to arrival we had need to change our arrival date by one day and delay leaving by one day .so there was no loss to the greedy caravan club To my total amazement I was actually charged £2.50 for that privilege...told on the phone that the £2.50 charge would not be added on arrival at the Longleat site we were charged the extra £2.50 ....So much for the friendly club .. dunno if it's under new management but it's now No longer anything like a friendly club .....whilst understanding the need to stop late cancellations this was not a cancellation but just a change by one day either end ...should have been no problem..until the club management get involved ...with a charge of £2.50 just to move one day either end of stay .....it leaves me speechless ..
