This was our first stay at an official CAMC site (previously stayed at CL sites) and we received a warm welcome upon arrival when the staff member greeted us by name, which felt like a nice touch. They took the time to go through all the Covid guidance and changes and we felt the measures in place were good. The pitches are large and the toilet blocks and such are well situated so you're never too far away from one. From our pitch (156) we could hear the seals at Longleat calling to each other throughout the day! It was a busy weekend, being July and only a week or so since lockdown was lifted, but it felt well managed as the check out is 12pm and new arrivals can't arrive until 1pm due to the narrow lanes on approach to the site. We would recommend the site and would book again.
