The site was easy to find and the location was excellent. The only reason I gave a lower score on the location was that it was very difficult to get back to the site after the Festival of Lights. It should be sign posted and detailed on the map how to get back. I don't know if we missed something very simple or obvious but we ended up going a very long way round to get back to the site as it was utter chaos coming out and the safari gates were closed, having two very tired youngsters in the car was quite stressful when we knew it was right next door.  This needs looking at to make it simpler  Other than that it was a wonderful site, clean, well managed and secure
