We have been coming to Longleat for many years and are never disappointed. The wardens, as always, were helpful and cheerful and facilities were excellent. We stayed over the weekend of the balloon festival and the site was full but did not feel crowded. The festival itself was brilliant. We decided to go off site on the Sunday and aimed for 1230 as those leaving would have gone before 1200 and new arrivals would not come in before 1300. Wrong. One unit left just before us and must have met two units coming in on the narrow access road. I trust they enjoyed manoeuvring past each other on the single track road. We will return soon to this excellent site.
