We found this to be a carefully and meticulously maintained site with lovely caretakers on site when we came. The town gave good access to other places via the train and there were a few nice places to eat and drink on the waterfront. The biggest problem is the road running next to the site. There was no let up all day or night long - heavy lorries being the worst. Very difficult to sleep - only the overnight rain drowning out the traffic. A shame. If you could pick it up and move it somewhere away from the road it would be perfect.
