Wet Week

Site is clean as are the facilities, very friendly wardens. Play area looked great if you have children with you, one of the best I have seen. We didn't have any with us so we parked as far away as possible. Cycle route down into Littlehampton kept us off the main road which was good. We ate at the Six Bells which was a friendly pub, food was typical pub grub but done well. We would go to this site again

Good holiday break

We have just spent five days at this lovely site. The pitches are all neat and tidy and the facilities are spotless. The children's playground was good and quite large. Dog bins would be useful. The wardens were very helpful and friendly- a great site, thank you

Littlehampton

Spent three weeks here in August middle three weeks. Site was very clean and we'll kept considering the weather lot of rain clean tidy and wardens were extremely friendly and helpfull. The weather was wet and all the rain caused standing water, pitch 58 was bad we had floods in the awning. I wish to thank those at the time who carefully drove passed. To those (many) who did disregarded 5 mph on all sites and sped through causing water to push in the awning Unthoughtful IDIOTS it may be you next time. The 6 Bells just outside serves great food and pet friendly, well worth a visit. All in all a great site and we will return.

Great Site

A great site with lovely grass pitches at the back. The wardens were very friendly and helpful. We did walk to the harbour and beaches, but it's a bit of a trek. West beach was really quiet and a great spot for a swim.

Quiet & Clean

Booked last minute for two adults and two grandchildren. Site has a small but adequate play area and a very small dog walk. Hard standing pitches are fairly close but disciplined parking means everyone had the same space. There only seemed to be a few spaces for larger vans. Well maintained and quiet considering its location which is a fair way from the beach so would not advise trying to walk it! Littlehampton beach and harbour are fine but were VERY busy and parking was difficult. A couple of nearly pubs if you wanted. Nothing bad at all.

A nice site

I was very pleased with the site. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early and I was surprised that we did not qualify for a refund - £25.70.

A disappointing stay

We spent 6 nights at this site in August and only stayed that long simply because we wanted to tour the area. The site is tired the narrow roads and short pitches were difficult for us with our van. We felt very cramped and had people using our pitch as a short cut to the dog area. Very few drivers drove at 5mph which was a worry with so many young children around on scooters. The children were a problem with a seeming lack of parental control often using the toilets as play areas. The toilets were frequently badly blocked. I feel sorry for the wardens. This has made us decide not to go to another site that is open to non members as we see this to be a big part of the problem. We moved on early to another members only site also with children and had no problems. The road noise is bad and continuous

Very friendly staff and a clean and safe environment for children

This was our first experience of a tourer caravan break with our three children.  We were presently surprised at how friendly and helpful the wardens were. Great location and a good variety of supermarkets and takeaways within walking distance.

Serviced Pitches

The site was of the usual good Caravan Club standard with friendly and very helpful staff.  However, it was a shock that the 'serviced pitch meant that because the water tap was on the next pitch 3 metres extra were required to reach it.  This involved a 28 mile return journey to find the nearest supplier in Ashington costing almost £15,00.
