We travelled overnight from Cornwall and arrived a little earlier than forecasted. Despite a polite phone call and request our attempt to get in failed, being advised that they were involved with cleaning and opened could only deal with our arrival at 1200. We duly arrived at 1145 and on the stroke of 1200 a lady appeared and we completed the 5 minute booking in process. The site is clean and tidy, the shower block a delight. £10 a week for weak-signalled wi-fi on one device only is prehistoric and expensive. Felt that we were ‘punters’ rather than the members of a subscription based ‘club’. Perhaps we are over-demanding but perhaps not.
