This was our first stay at this site and we were very impressed with the facilities. It is a good walk into Knaresborough and because of the weather we used the taxi which work out around about £6 each way. We also had a taxi to visit Harrogate which worked out at £13 going out and return £15 There is a train service from Knaresborough to Harrogate which we did not use but the next time we visit it will be something we will look at. We had a lovely meal in the bistro on site and we really enjoyed having this facility as it give you a chance to meet people on the site
