This was a lovely little site before the renovation work, and its even better now. We dont use the shower block so can’t comment, but the pitches are level and spacious. The wardens are very friendly and helpful. The main entrance was still under construction when we visited which caused issues with arrivals blocking the road in & out, and also onto the road outside the site. The new serviced pitches looked great, but weren’t open when we visited. We did notice however, due to no hedges/trees, the new area is very open to the wind, and road noise was very noticeable. The main entrance needs some serious attention to the drainage, as it floods very badly after rainfall. We will return to this site.
