Well What can I say about this lovely friendly site. Firstly Alan and his lovely wife are the best wardens we have ever met at a CC site. They were on hand from the moment we arrived too early by letting us on site and choosing our pitch to the last evening when we talked Caravan talk in the Bar/Bistro. The addition of the Bar/Bistro is superb as you meet other like minded people who love to talk about their Caravans. Places to visit - The Bistro for fantastic cheap food. The Guy Fawkes inn 10 minute walk away in Scotton. Bettys at Harrogate and Knaresborough with it's quaint shops. Would recommend this site. All people we met were very friendly. This must say something for the Yorkshire folk and as we were also visiting our daughter in Leeds Uni, this made this site very convenient.
