Great improvements since our last visit πŸ‘

Great size pitches. All the usual ablution facilities were warm and spotlessly clean. Do use the on site restaurant, great menu and reasonable prices and lovely atmosphere (best we have ever seen) Lovely walks , short and long, the village of Scotton with the Guy Fawkes pub(very busy, you are recommended to pre-book, extensive menu but a little pricey IMHO) is an easy stroll. Do the Nidd Gorge walk into Knaresborough, making sure you cross the river at the 1st bridge, beautiful, especially with all the Autumn colours. Good tv reception, mobile phone also good(vodaphone). On site WiFi not used. Shop in reception very sparsely stocked, don’t relie on it , and no local shops in the village so go prepared.
