This site has improved with the Wanderer Bistro giving the site facilities a welcome boost. The rest rooms attached to the bistro are a credit to the club and are hopefully of a standard we can look forward to in other site improvements. This is an example of how the club can increase income in the future instead of giving away an important source of revenue to local pubs etc.some of which are of mixed quality. The staff on site during our stay,arriving on 16/10/17, Particulaly the wardens on duty that day where a great improvement, Very welcoming, and this was evident in the bistro. I spent 30 years in the hospitality business and consider the high standard of staff in the bistro will give the operation every chance to grow, good food, new chef apparently, well priced, well presented. Well done!! The entrance gate could have been made wider as our caravan ,7.5 Mtrs, needed a carefull swing to clear, there does appear to be more room available on the right of the gateway. Newspapers? Overall a great improvement, The way to go!! .
