Booked for 3 nights but left after 2. - Had a meal in the Wanderer which was disrupted by unruly dogs. - Was woken up at 6:50am by a somebody leaving and left the car running at the from of our unit whilst they said their goodbyes. - The final straw was having loose dog defacate on our pttch. The site is long walk from Knaresborough, with a almost non-existant bus service. Not ideal for a motorhomer unless the weather is very good. The Bistro facillities are very good, with a choice of excellent real ales. The downside is it's a bit like eating in a kennels with dogs being fed at the tables and unruly dogs snapping and barking at anyone who walks through the door. It's not fair on those who want a quiet meal or drink. Yes we did tell the warden and had a refund so that we could move to another site.
