Plus points Helpful wardens - gave assistance after hours when we had electrical gremlins; precisely the attitude expected from club staff - he also served an excellent pint! Warm welcome on arrival. The Wanderer Bar and Kitchen; decent sensibly priced grub, proper well kept beer. A warm refuge on a cold night with no heating. Neat, flat pitches and a tidy well kept site. Spotless facilities. Dog and bike wash; have neither but great for washing aquaroll and walking boots. Minus points Access from Knaresborough not for timid towers. Pitches close to the bar benefit from the outside smokers' views on Brexit, volume adjustable upwards by adding more beer - might be more babble and more volume on a warm summer's evening.
