On arrival at the site, after some heavy rain, we found a lake at the entrance which made it impossible for pedestrians to get in or out without balancing on the narrow kerbstones. We mentioned at reception that this was poor, the wardens both had an indifferent attitude, saying " You should see it when it's bad". The site as a whole had an unkempt look, not the usual Caravan Club standard, with weeds galore. The bar/waiting staff in the Bistro had a belligerent attitude and would benefit from some customer relations training. This is one site we would not return to.
