We absolutely love this site, wardens very friendly and the site very well laid out. This was our third stay here and decided not to bring our awning as we knew it was going to rain so just brought our wind break, tried to put our pegs in but the ground was so hard, enter a lovely gentleman to the rescue with his hammer and the windbreak went up no problem. Our dog loves the dog walk and also there is a play field on the road down to the Guy Fawkes Arms which he enjoys playing on. The Guy Fawkes Arms itself is about a 10 minute walk away, dog friendly and the meals are gorgeous. Already got another two trips to this site booked.
