Best site near to Harrogate
This is the best, open all year site, close to Harrogate. Some lovely walks along the river Nidd straight from the site. The punch lock gate from the back of the site is especially useful to access the bridleway for a longer dog walk.
We were given a Caravan Club leaflet on arrival which stated that the Guy Fawkes pub in the village was dog friendly. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. The landlord only allows dogs into the bar area only between 3pm and 6pm! A pity as the pub is only a ten minute walk away.
