My wife and I have spent a lovely week on this site, as our 1st visit we were looking forward to it especially after the refurbishment, the site was just as you would expect from a club site, clean and tidy, the pitches were a good size and the facilities spotless although the water pressure in the male showers was a bit low, the wardens were very friendly and helpful, we tried the new bistro and was very impressed and was somewhat bemused by the negative comments, we found the food to be excellent quality and definitely matched the prices we paid, very good wine list and gin selection, the bar prices we found to be on par with other local establishments but with the added bonus of being quite literally 2 minutes away from my caravan, a lovely ambience but must say on Sunday the service was slow and specials was not mentioned, visited a total of 4 times (1,takeaway & 3 eat in) this is a definite asset to the site and hope the club open more like this on further sites.
