A warm welcome awaits you at this site as well as the Whistle Stop cafe ( lovely, lovely food ) Kinlochewe hotel ( also great pub food) and even the garage ( you can get a fresh coffee here ) which are all a stones throw from the site gate. It was very handy having the grocer/ butcher van popping into the site Tuesday and Friday with very good quality produce although the garage has a good range of supplies including fresh bread. We enjoyed a trip over the pass to Applecross and a lovely meal at the Applecross Inn. The weather was not great but we still enjoyed some lovely walks and when the sun did shine it was all worth the effort of the 700 mile trip there. Also going in April we avoided the midges so all in all a memorable site.
