Myself and the family had the Easter bank holiday here at Kendal for the first time this year. What a beautiful well kept site, the staff were ever so friendly and welcoming. The site is a lovely quiet site set in a lovely woodland, with walks in all directions, the walk to the farm shop not far away was lovely, little muddy but going on how much rain we’ve had in the last 8 months it’s to be expected, so if you have any trouble on your feet just be wary if it’s been wet for a while. The site is perfect in location to get to anywhere in the lakes within a short drive, Kendal farmers market was good also (last Friday of the month I believe). All in all we can’t wait to visit again and the site will become one of our regular sites. Thank you again staff and wardens for a fantastic holiday, full marks Tom
