Very rude staff

i had an issue with my pitch and the staff were so rude, they were that rude I was very close to going home, it took me to tell them I was going to complain to the club directly for them to Try and resolve my issue. I would never go to this site again and the service even made me question my membership and future bookings.

Rudeness from wardens is not acceptable and a site review isn’t really the best place to bring it to the club's attention.

I feel you should contact the club about this.

And yet most of the recent reviews go out of their way to praise the friendliness and helpfulness of those self same wardens. Can I suggest it might be in the way the OP approached the wardens in the first place? undecided

There are always two sides to the story, M, and we'll probably never know.

If I was as aggrieved as the reviewer, I’d have been straight on to head office rather than posting here.

we were there ourselves the same week. Like most reviews. We thought the wardens were great. all very friendly and helpful.
