A surprisingly lucky warm welcome from a relief (I think) warden. Pitch was pre-allocated because I was ‘late’ (6pm) - I have no problem with that especially as I knew where it was from a previous visit. No site leaflet offered. No mask wearing by warden (I know this is not compulsory but would have thought that this would encourage visitors/members to wear them too!). A shame that I wasn’t informed that the ehu bollard was out of order in one side (other side in use) so has to search for another - the closest being on a higher terrace and out of visible line of sight from my pitch. I’ve stayed here before and have mixed opinions - the location is great, very convenient for a stopover or longer stay but can’t say that I’m a fan of the layout with some small/tight pitches.
