We have stayed here several times. The site is big but due to the layout being in small pockets you can only ever see a couple of other units and so feels smaller. Yes, there are lots of trees - it is in woodland! You won't get a satellite tv signal but each pitch has a tv point for freeview. Staff are nice and friendly and the information room is excellent. Its a 3 mile walk into Kendal on a route that needs sturdy boots but is quite level. We usually walk in and get a taxi back as we have a toddler. The only thing I would like improved is that the kids play area is for older kids only really.
