To be honest, we only booked into this site because it was close to the M6 and a good stopover on our way back to Scotland - but what a surprise!  It's a wee gem! Immaculately clean with friendly helpful wardens and a handy on site shop for morning papers and other essentials. Pitches are in small enclosures dotted throughout the woods. There are wonderful dog walks direct from the site - details and maps available in the shop. Fish and chip van visits on Fridays - not to be missed - best fish supper in ages! Definitely will be returning - next time for a longer stay.
