Kendal Club Site - Amazing site
We returned this week from an Easter Break at the Kendal Club site, nr Sedgwick - the site is in a great location with great access to the local countryside and amenities without the need for your car! We only used the car twice across the whole weekend for very short drives and to avoid general Easter traffic. The staff are excellent, they cannot do enough for you - they put on an Easter hunt for the kids - the site is great for Children, with access to rivers, playarea, woods, and also the Farm Shop/Café is only a short walk away through a gorgeous wood - good for walks with the dog! The disused canal is an interesting walk aswell and the Strickland Arms public house is only a short, nice walk away either by road or through woods. For a more strenuous walk, Sizergh Fell is close by with a good loop, including a coffee at the Sizergh castle café! Overall a very very clean site in gorgeous surroundings, full of bird song.
Well worth the money!
Fantastic site - we will be returning!
Thank you
