When we arrived I had mixed feelings but the were unfounded. The site was excellent in all aspects. Well done to the wardens. Speaking of the wardens - The Saturday morning we were leaving we were all set to pull away from our pitch. Heyho no stop lights on the car or caravan. A neighbour looked but remained unsolved. A quick call to Mayday and they would be there within the hour. Having to vacate by 12 we went to the late arrivals space and spoke to the on duty wardens. Within minutes Mr Warden was out with his tool kit, bonnet up, fuses found, dead one located and replaced with new one. Quick call to Mayday to cancel the call out. I have been on many sited during my 40 years caravanning but these wardens hold my highest accolade. A small thank you didn't seem enough but even that they didn't expect. Will I go back - Absolutely. My only problem was my English Springer Spaniels had nowhere to run because of the river, I would never have got them back, and no safe designated dog run. Obviously that is my problem to get over. Great holiday. Thanks again.
