We visited the Kendal site as part of our trip to the lakes, in August. We found the site easily, and queued for registration. . This site has lots of different bays for pitching, and although extensive, the Caravan Club approach of “find your own pitch “ and a one way route mainly, saw many unit's passing us in the waiting queue, going back to previously discounted pitches for a second circuit. Site is convenient safe and pretty, even though it is wooded. Facilities are good, and staff more so. Numbers in facilities were better, with yet another band system change. We will use again.
