Fantastic site, we will definitely return!!
We found this flicking through the Site Book. It is in a wonderful woodland setting and full of wildlife. We only stayed for two nights, but will definitely return. its a great site in itself, but would also be good to break up a journey further north. The Strickland pub was a short 15 minute walk away, very good food but there is a need to book in advance. The site facilities were excellent, spotless shower/toilet block which is always a bonus.
