Marvellous location. Brilliant site. Very well cared for by wardens, who were all friendly and often seen busily working around the site. The cc has a rule that all dogs should be kept on leads when on site, presumable so that the owners can have control over the dogs and what they produce!!! However, the extendible leads seem to make it easy for owners to ignore what their dogs are doing when at a distance from them but "still on a lead" and some owners thought the 'dog walk' was any grass pitch that was not occupied. We even saw some irresponsible owners in a caravan quite near us, let their dogs (and there were 3) out of the awning on Monday morning when the site was not busy and just let them run around unattended - which was not nice as they were pitched opposite the children's play area. Unfortunately these owners give a bad name to all dog owners and there were many dogs around over the weekend with some lovely caring owners.
