Enjoyable Return Visit

We visit Incleboro Fields every Easter; we have had great times in all weathers from warm sunshine to snow. The wardens were welcoming again this year; the site looked good. Some pitches closed I imagine due to water or re-seeding. Just two comments - the bins were full a couple of times - it was a bank holiday, although the site wasn't full, but maybe an extra empty would have been useful. Also, the main toilet block is always cleaned when people are trying to nip in before they leave - yes, there are 3 other blocks but it would mean driving round the one way system, parking up etc. Could the times not be amended to suit members' needs rather than just Caravan Club process? Thanks.

Large Site near the Coast

The topography of this campsite is very much up hill and down dale as the site goes up a hill and loops round the local golf course.  From some pitches you get a distant sea view. The majority of the 250 pitches are on grass with just six hardstanding serviced pitches near to Reception.  The position of the pitches vary through the site. Some are more traditionally laid out where as others are on terraces of different sizes and there are even a few in select little areas if you would prefer more privacy. One thing common to most pitches is that they are rarely level and some will require both fore and aft as well as side to side levelling. Electrical points are well distributed around the campsite. Likewise so are service points but given the size of the site some will have a fair walk to these facilities. There are four toilet blocks positioned around the site. The one we used was of a very good standard. The site has two motorhome service points but neither has an open grid which means you have to remove a heavy drain cover before discharging waste water. There is a nice play area for younger children although it’s not within easy distance from all pitches. There is site wide WiFi and time can be purchased on line, speed wise I found it a bit on the slow side but generally it worked OK.  Mobile reception can be a bit hit and miss depending on network. Reception sells some essentials and Camping/Calor Gas. There are many attractions within a relatively short distance of the campsite with Cromer and Sheringham being the nearest. At Sheringham there is the North Norfolk Steam Railway, it also has a popular Saturday Market. In West Runton there is a small parade of shops which include a small supermarket, a café and a useful caravan accessory shop. If you require a larger supermarket there is a Morrisons in Cromer and a new Tesco in Sheringham. For those wanting to use public transport West Runton is well served by buses along the main coast road and nearer to the campsite is the railway for Sheringham in one direction and Cromer, North Walsham, Wroxham and Norwich in the other, tickets can be purchased on the train.

Happy Holidays!

We have just returned from our first stay at Incleboro Fields and it will not be our last!  Beautiful peaceful site with a good choice of different pitches all with lovely views of the surrounding countryside or sea in the distance.  The facilities are all spotless and we found the site to be very well maintained, there is a very handy on-site shop and a fish and chip van that visits daily at 5.30 pm. Sheringham and Cromer are both only a very short drive away with plenty to see and do for young families. We can highly recommend this site.

Fantastic

We have just returned from our very first outing in our campervan, total newbies, we chose Incleboro Fields as we love the Cromer area. We were not disappointed, from the time we arrived we were made to feel like old friends, the staff are magnificent, so friendly, helpful and always have time to chat. The site has lots of pitches all good and with lovely views.  We chose a sea view pitch, so lovely to look out of our bedroom window and see the wonderful view.  The facilities are magnificent, toilet and shower area spotlessly clean at whatever time we used them.  All in all a credit to the staff that run the site, thank you for helping to make our first trip memorable for all the right reasons.  We will definitely return very soon.

Caravanning par excellence

Of first importance: the staff. From the moment we arrived at Reception we were received with enthusiasm and felt really welcomed. During our stay we met around five staff members who, without exception, were knowledgeable, helpful, kind and understanding. We cannot praise them too highly. The site itself was full of interest and variety. The scenery was magnificent. The dog walking places were brilliant. Finally, the site was very tidy and all the facilities were kept really clean. Keeping our van there till end October. Looking forward to future visits!

Great site

This was our first trip to Incleboro fields, cant believe we hadnt found it before, we only live an hour away so it's perfect for a weekend get away! We visited near by Sheringham and Cromer, the Animal sanctuary 5 mins from the site was a lovely day out and we had to drag the kids away from the animals, the entrance fee was very reasonable. As usual the facilities were first class and spotless. The only downside was the later than usual arrival time of 1pm which I hadnt noticed when booking. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic site

This is our second stay at this site and it didn't disappoint. Lovely location plenty of dog walks, pub & golf course club house nearby. Got the bus into Cromer bus stop on main road 10 mins from campsite. The site itself is well maintained, toilets very clean. If you arrive early you can pick a pitch with a sea view. If your fed up with cooking the fish n chip van is on site Wednesday & Saturday. We will return later in the year.

Lovely site

Our first trip away in our old VW camper and really impressed with the site, the facilities, the location, and the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff we encountered. Even though it was Easter weekend, the shower blocks and toilets were immaculate  and the site very peaceful. We will definitely return

first class site

This was our first caravan holiday since purchasing our caravan two months ago. And it sets the benchmark for all other sites to be judged by! We found the site to be meticulously maintained, I was surprised to find out from the very friendly wardens that the shower blocks were refurbished 4 years ago - by their cleanliness I had wrongly assummed they were newly built overl the winter.  It is a very picturesque site with pleasant walks up the nearby gorse covered hill which gives magnificent views of the area. Some reviews on here criticised the sloping pitches but we didnt really see any that required more than three or four inches of blocks under a wheel or stabiliser leg.  I cannot recommend this site highly enough. Fabulous.
