Arriving on Thursday 14th April, for 10 days, we received a very warm and friendly welcome, and were able to choose a pitch that we selected. The site is kept spotless and the toilet blocks warm and extremely clean. As a base to explore North East Norfolk, you could not better the location, the opportunities for wildlife and bird spotting are endless. The adjacent Links Hotel an excellent venue for meals. No matter how hard we tried to get WIFI we could not get connected, dissapointing as we had an annual Caravan Club account, but that was our only gripe. The Wardens should be very proud of the high standards set. Thank you.
Very nice place to stay
After returning to caravanning after 20 years I think we chose an excellent site for our first trip . Staying from 15th April for seven nights , a bit damp to start with but sun came out and we had a lovely time .
Warm spotless toilet block , we parked at the far side and had loads of space round us . The staff were so helpful and informative specially the lady with the blonde hair and motorhome that I spoke to a couple of times . The only complaint I have is the wi - fi to me it was non existent , and the phone reception for EE is not good , still had a great time ...thank you ..will return in September
Yet another great stay at one of our Favorite sites
We have stayed at this site a number of times. We were fortunate to have good weather, always a bonus! As always the site was superb and we had a great stay.

Annual Visit
We had a lovely time at Easter, even though the weather was 'patchy'.
The WiFi this time was awful - mega-slow, dropping out and, even after using logout.net was difficult to swap to another device. It wasn't the number of people, there were very few, esp when I first arrived. Frustrating when you've paid the annual fee. (We were in the first pitching area near the entrance.)
Other than that great; the wardens as always very helpful, especially with the partial power-cut for some time on Good Friday morning.
Enjoyable stay:
Lovely stay for five nights in April '16. Facilities excellent and very clean. Staff very friendly , helpful and professional. Fab views from some pitches and surrounding walks. Ideal for taking dogs and good dog walks and lovely local beaches. Good choice of pitches with different advantages such as lovely views or small glens and without as so often the uniform lines of caravans. Very quiet and relaxing despite the fact the site seemed quite full. We will certainly return some time.

Excellent site
We stayed in a motorhome on this site for 5 nights starting 16/4/16. This a lovely site very clean and tidy and the wardens are very friendly and helpful. We had a sea view from an elevated pitch and had to move around due to the wet weather as there are mainly grass pitches. The shop is well stocked and the fish and chip van calls Wed and Sat.
We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

Great site
We have stayed here on several occasions and we are never disappointed. The staff are ALWAYS friendly, cheerful and helpful. They help to make the stays good fun and well worth the visit. The facilities are always spotless and warm when it is chilly. They cannot be faulted. We will return again and again because the location is ideal, and a short walk takes you to the top of the hill where you are rewarded with fantastic views. Our dog Buster loves the site too. My only gripe is that the trek from the water taps can be a struggle with a heavy waterhog depending upon where you are located. It's worth checking this out before you decide on your pitch. Oh, and the wifi signal is not the best. Apart from these small issues this is a site I highly recommend.

Returning to one of our favourite places again.......
This site is very large and could be overcrowded and busy during high season. However the layout, situation and area make for a wonderful holiday, whether it be long or short stay. As expected, the facilities are high quality and clean. It is very quiet and there are plenty of areas to choose from in which to pitch. Sea views, secluded, shady, sunny, open fields near the golf course, high hidden and private. You choose. There are an excellent choice of regular buses from the village, it should be noted that not all the buses are listed on the timetable actually on the bus stops. We were able to travel from the village directly to Norwich in one direction, along the coast to Holt in another and of course to Cromer and Sheringham, just check out with Sanders or Coasthopper and Greenline as a start. Number One in Cromer is excellent for fish n chips (quality at its best but not cheap). So much to see and do if you need to be busy, but just a good place to relax also. No more praise being heaped as we want to have a pitch again soon!!!!!
