what a place

it has it all but some pitches are shady and un even so blocks are a must , staff are cool the only down side is they could do with installing tv receivers for all to plug in to and not charge you for the hire of TV aerials as any signals for any thing is hard to get on most of the site . we will be back many times I am sure

we love this site

This is our second visit and we loved it even more this time. (We went especially for the 1940s weekend and we werent disappointed. We had a lovely pitch near Abbs Terrace, and near the (spotless) toilet block. Even though we were pitched next to the road, it was a quiet spot. (we had fun and games with moles under our pitch though; they seemed to take delight in digging around our caravan door every night! The wardens made a huge effort with their ingenious ways of making the reception area really special and in keeping with the 1940s theme; it made everyone who arrived on the site smile!Well done to all the staff. We will be back for next year's 1940s weekend (and will hopefully be back a few times before then!)

A Happy Return

The site was completely full during our stay in mid September and we were lucky to find a pitch on a peaceful terrace with access to the lovely Holgate facilities. We were disappointed to have missed the 40's weekend as the atmosphere being created by the wardens was brilliant, and they worked so hard for it. Had we realised we would have booked a couple more nights to experience the weekend. This was a return trip after five years and we still love the area. The weather was baking hot and we were grateful for some shade on our pitch. The only downside was torrential rain for a whole day and night, with thunder, lightening and hail!. The pitch became a quagmire and I was amazed when a warden turned up out of the blue on his little motor to knock on our and others doors and offer us grids to place outside the van to keep our feet out of the mud. What fantastic service, and all done with such pleasantness. It is a shame really that some of the pitches cannot be rested for a season as most of them were worn bare, which is fine in the dry, but no so in the wet! However a lovely quirky site which we so enjoyed being on. Congrats to the wardens - so well organised who work as a fantastic team together.

40's Weekend - Brilliant

We arrived in the pouring rain on the Friday to see crashed German plane, UXB's everywhere and the warden on guard in the guard box... What an excellent welcome for the Sheringham 40's weekend. All the staff took part and made everyone feel part of the event. the site was immaculate, with the staff regularly seen (always with a smile on their faces and a cheery hello) around the site cleaning and tidying. the weekend in Sheringham was fabulous with the whole town joining in the spirit of the weekend. the sun shone on Saturday afternoon through Sunday and into Monday making it even more enjoyable. the raffle held on site for a very good cause was well supported as were the caption competition and everyone enjoyed it. it was great that all the wardens joined in and made the weekend even more special. we are already looking to book again for next year.

A great last trip before school starts!

We had a late arrival here but we're still made so welcome by the wardens. They were great, helped us to our pitch (in the dark), made sure we were okay before heading off, then returned in the morning to check again. Our children loved the space around us and giving and receiving a cheery "hello" with fellow campers and the wardens. The children's bathroom was also a hit after the beach! A beautiful site that we hope to return to.

Lovely site

Have just spent another weekend at this lovely site, we have stayed there many times and always enjoyed it.   Special mention to the wardens who keep the site and facilities clean and tidy.  The site is spread around a golf course, there are lots of 'mini sites' around alongside some small, discreet areas - something for everyone. The wardens are always smiling and happy to have a chat even though they have lots to do.   We were there last weekend for the Sheringham 1940's weekend, the site was busy and kept the wardens busy too. They dressed the site for the period and themselves as well in land army outfits, with competitions and quizzes, so nice to see everyone joining in the spirit of the weekend.  Facilities are top class and spotlessly clean. The shower cubicles have plenty of space to shower and get dressed with a bench in the dressing area - so much better than those sites with the white plastic stools.  Will defiantly be returning again, one of our favourite sites in East Anglia. Thank you lovely wardens for a memorable weekend.

Well done Wardens

This is our local Caravan Club site, we enjoy several weeks each year here. The wardens here are perfect, they have a large area to look after, in all weather conditions and they deal with many other issues put to them. Well done. We have travelled the country and never come across such a happy team of people. They put on a splendid display for the Sheringham/Holt Forties weekend, went beyond their duties, amazing and thank you. The site itself is unbeatable set in a lovely area of Norfolk, with a variety of things to do to suit all tastes. Nothing will compare.

Incleboro stay Aug 2016

We always enjoy our stay here and the dogs really love it too. Plenty of pitches to find a nice cosy retreat, well sheltered and never far from the excellent and well maintained facilities. Very friendly staff and the new security barriers are an added bonus. Easy walk into town or the beach. One of Norfolk's little gems for the perfect getaway. Looking forward to next visit.

Wonderful site

We stayed here for 9 nights at the beginning of September for the second time. Despite a huge queue of caravans checking in the wardens all gave us a friendly welcome. The site is immaculately clean and well kept. We have stayed at over 30 cc sites and these must be the hardest working wardens we have come across but yet have time for a friendly chat and go out of their way to help you. The site and surrounding area offers plenty of dog walking opportunities which our dogs loved.  There is plenty to do in the area, we took the train into Norwich which was good value for money. Cromer and Sheringham are close by, the later having a good Tesco supermarket. The broads are also within easy reach as is Great Yarmouth. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.
