Well done Wardens

This is our local Caravan Club site, we enjoy several weeks each year here. The wardens here are perfect, they have a large area to look after, in all weather conditions and they deal with many other issues put to them. Well done. We have travelled the country and never come across such a happy team of people. They put on a splendid display for the Sheringham/Holt Forties weekend, went beyond their duties, amazing and thank you. The site itself is unbeatable set in a lovely area of Norfolk, with a variety of things to do to suit all tastes. Nothing will compare.

Thankyou

Just been back for our third visit this year and still not disappointed, the wardens are so hard working and welcoming that the site is so nice .this week being 40's weekend especially a lot of effort was made to join in just a shame the weather had other ideas.we wish everyone all the best for their new posts next year and thanks for making our stays so pleasant .

Incleboro stay Aug 2016

We always enjoy our stay here and the dogs really love it too. Plenty of pitches to find a nice cosy retreat, well sheltered and never far from the excellent and well maintained facilities. Very friendly staff and the new security barriers are an added bonus. Easy walk into town or the beach. One of Norfolk's little gems for the perfect getaway. Looking forward to next visit.

Wonderful site

We stayed here for 9 nights at the beginning of September for the second time. Despite a huge queue of caravans checking in the wardens all gave us a friendly welcome. The site is immaculately clean and well kept. We have stayed at over 30 cc sites and these must be the hardest working wardens we have come across but yet have time for a friendly chat and go out of their way to help you. The site and surrounding area offers plenty of dog walking opportunities which our dogs loved.  There is plenty to do in the area, we took the train into Norwich which was good value for money. Cromer and Sheringham are close by, the later having a good Tesco supermarket. The broads are also within easy reach as is Great Yarmouth. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Good Site

We have been to this club site 3 times now and thoroughly enjoy it. But this time there was to many dogs on site making far to much noise which ruined the peace and tranquility.

It cost nothing but it means a lot, thank you to all the wardens for the warmth of your greetings especially the smiles and waves. Great site will be back.

Weekend away

We have just returned from a weekend at this site. We arrived really late Friday eve and we were escorted to a temp pitch very quickly which was great !, we moved in the morning to somewhere a bit better and flatter.  We thought the site was really friendly and well run, the wardens were so friendly and helpful.  One issue we found was that the pitches are generally extremely unlevel, with most requiring plenty of levelling blocks to get somewhere near horizontal !! So remember, very hilly! Great walks for the dogs , beach in Woking distance. The 40's weekend was good to watch.  Showers and toilets immaculate at all times.  Only thing we were disappointed with was the fish and chip van was supposed to arrive on sat eve and we were looking forward to it, but the signs all say the chip van arrives at 5.30 so We walked down at 5 past 6 to be told the van had come early and already gone !! Had to drive to Cromer to get dinner.  That's the only thing that was a disappointment, so all in all a very good site.

Fantastic 10-day break

All the superlatives from other reviews are completely valid here. This is an exceptional site with an army of wardens dedicated to ensuring your holiday is a resounding success. Special mention must go to John and his partner Emma for all the technical help and support they gave us during our stay. To them and the rest of the team: Thank you!!

Beautiful quiet site , but don't pay for wifi

We visited this site 1st week of September.  It was full but with schools going back there were no children so was extremely quiet. Can be a long walk to reception from some pitches as can't cut across golf course. Only negative I've got is the wifi, paid £10 for the week and it's absolutely rubbish, don't bother. If travelling by car to get into Sherringham and Cromer, I'd advice to go early as parking gets full Great site
