Great site

Had a wonderful stay again, lovely staff who take pride in attractive decorative features. lovely views and plenty of wildlife. One drawback, alas, the approach road is very potholed. Will be back again. Thanks again to all the lovely staff.

Great location but it's what's inside that counts too!

i can't for the life of me think why people give this site 5 stars. The welcome is ok but it's the first time during Covid that we've been allocated a pitch. We were told there were 4 wash blocks on site but not told they would be closing for the winter before our holiday had ended. The pitches are small and quite sloping, with no hard standings where we were put. The water pressure in the wash blocks isn't great and the blocks themselves are quite chilly. Like other sites, the wardens insist on making as much noise as possible with their hedge trimmers and ride on machinery as soon as the sun comes out and you want to relax outside for an hour or so - all this when the site is due to close shortly. Having said that, the site is in a great location with lovely walks to Cromer and Sherringham along the beach or clifftop.

Lovely site location ruined by officious staff, rules and cold facilities

Incleboro is a big site in a great location between Cromer and Sheringham. Upon arrival we were shown to our pitch which was great, but then left with confusing information about how to park the caravan in the dark (we were on a corner and it wasn’t clear which way the van should face). A lot of the pitches (including ours) seemed very uneven. We were warned of this but the extent of the slope and the strict rules on which way the caravan must face meant it was a huge step in and out of the caravan for us, let alone our toddler. We were really disappointed with the temperature of the facilities. The heating wasn’t on in the toddler washroom (we only used it once as only there for a weekend) despite having asked for the access code so site staff knew we intended to use it. The ladies facilities were also chilly compared to other sites we’ve stayed at. Having stayed at two other club site since covid, we felt this site was overly officious with rules and regulations which took the shine off our stay. And not just covid rules, the wording of the instruction ‘don’t walk your dogs on the pitches or round the site’ seemed ridiculous when we had to walk a good five minutes to get to the site exit. Were we meant to carry her to the exit barrier? Obviously we could work it out but the wording could have been friendlier. Overall we felt a bit on edge on this site and won’t return.

Good clean and tidy site

Good clean tidy site , well run facilities well positioned over what is a very large site . The site could be improved with some leveling of the pitch areas and marking of the pitches on a map. A bit muddy in areas during the heavy rains we have had , nothing more than you would expect on all grass areas, handy for trips into Sheringham and Cromer and places further afield. The facilities are well kept and clean. The staff could do with some electric transport to avoid having to use the internal combustion modes of transport they have at their disposal. This is the third time we have stayed in Norfolk the second on this site . Seems to be popular with dog owners , we have had dogs and never taken them with us onto caravan sites , some people don't seem to go far to walk their dogs especially early morning when no ones about . Would gladly recommend this site to anyone but be aware of the grass pitches and sloped areas.

Nice site but improvements needed

The approach road to the site is in need of repair, first impressions nice colourful reception area outside. On check in was given information and advised to park and walk to explore what pitch we required - good advice as some of the cul de sacs are difficult to turn round in. You are warned about needing levelling blocks but some of the ground is very steep, our skirt would not touch the ground so we changed pitch. I appreciate that bad weather has an impact on pitches but they needed to close several areas therefore limiting choice, surely some drainage would help ? A lot of pitches were very "rough" and for the price of a pitch a bit expensive. It would also be beneficial if boundaries of pitches were marked, the warden informed us we were over our area when erecting our wind breaks and told " you wouldn't get away with it on other sites" We have never had a problem on any other Caravan Club site it usno different to erecting an awning. The wardens do work very hard, the site is clean and tidy. I appreciate that it is almost end of the season in what has been a very hard year but a smile and a greeting go a long way to making a good impression rather than someone zooming about on a buggy making you feel checked up on.

Excellent

Our only visit to Incleboro this year and as usual it did not disappoint . The staff were as pleasant and helpful as ever even during the very stormy weather overnight and throughout the day.(24th/25th September ) The site retains a gentle charm with lovely walks both around and from the site.Hope to be back for more visits next year, preferably without the storm !!However , you can't have everything .

Definitely a Caravan Park over Motorhome

As you arrive the barrier entry is set at car height, so you have to lean out of your motorhome to activate. We went to our Pitch with the corresponding barrier card. The next day we went out & when we came back they had given our pitch to a caravan! They gave the caravan a spare barrier card! It didn’t occur to them that we were out with ours! We were given another pitch but the idea of a motorhome leaving with all its kit seemed alien to them. We were then given a sign saying Motorhome Parked Here to pin to a tree!

Woodbridge Friend

I LOVE THIS PLACE !!!! What a wonderful place this site, manned by kind, polite & friendly staff, I cannot wait to return ( see you in 3 weeks) The staff are always about but never in your face & always ready to assist if requested. The site overlooks the sea & only 2 miles from Cromer. Transport by Train, Bus, car or on foot easily accessed. Restaurants, pubs very close. A very friendly site.

Good Site with Good Location

Came back to this site to visit relatives in the area, very quite site and very clean with the current climate (Covid). All the extra precautions were adhered too by both occupiers to the site and the staff, very good procedures. Great for access to the beach, and plentiful walks, the train station at the bottoms of the hill of the site was easily accessible and a great day out to Norwich or surrounding areas also good. The local public houses were good too, very strict for the climate and the staff very polite every where, the best little eatary would be 'the hole in one' at the end of the golf course, food very good and the service of the staff very excellent. My only fault would be the 'site map' ..no indication of the pitch markings or indication what would be suitable for caravans or motorhomes..or the indication of the 'blue markings' not suitable for large units or 'no awning', apart from that an enjoyable stay....
