Hunters Moon, what a beautiful site, staff were lovely, friendly, smiley and helpful. Went out of their way to sort my sister and I two pitches next to each other. Came round to check we were alright and that we had pitched correctly, as a newbie found this really supportive. All the facilities were clean and well looked after which must of been a challenge as the rain and mud were pretty bad. As I said the weather for the 4nights we stayed was very, very wet, with torrential rain that did not ease up for 2 days. The staff though were out in all weathers walking the site and completing the jobs that needed doing. As we had grass pitches with awnings, they came round to check the ground and stopped to check we were alright. They were wet through and as one of them told us when he stopped to check on us, he had had to change his jacket 3 times. The staff were lovely and despite the weather were really cheerful, keeping our spirits up. Can recommend this site and will certainly return, hopefully when the sun shines.
