Location is good, ten minute drive to Wareham for food shopping and takeaways, and 30-45 minutes pleasant drive to many worthwhile locations (Poole, Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Kimmerage bay etc) and closer to others (Tyneham village, Tank museum etc) Site as usual, clean, well managed by really helpful and friendly staff, nice facilities only missing Dog wash and adequate serviced pitches really. Overall this is well worth a visit, but I have two issues which are not minor. Firstly the WiFi: hopeless, and frankly insulting they even charge anything for it, as it’s totally unusable even next to the aerial. This is an issue because O2 reception is really bad towards the rear of the site. Serviced pitches: so few of them, and despite the extra costs, close to the noisy road. This is a bitter pill to swallow considering the premium nature and cost. It’s a shame because in all other ways it’s just as good as expected!
