Stayed for 6 nights during the August heatwave, and loved it here. We were pitched on the grass field which gave the benefit of some tree shade in the morning and afternoon. It was a bit of a slope, but there was a handy pile of bricks at the back of the pitch which helped with the levelling, and I thought that was a nice touch. The facilities were very good, but the Covid restrictions had reduced capacity in the blocks and with the site being full that created a lot of pressure, but we rarely had to queue, and there were two blocks which helped. Situation is great, we visited loads of places, with Monkey World And Brownsea Island being particular favourites, and Dorset is stunning. Just as good as Cornwall in my opinion, and much easier to get to.
