We stayed at Hunters Moon for 2wks from 4th Sept and had a fantastic stay. The site is spotlessly clean with 2 toilet blocks, hard standing, grass and now new tent pitches, lovely play area for children, and a fantastic dog walk area, which is all enclosed so they can run and play happily! The wardens were all very polite and couldn't be more helpful when required. The shop had all the essentials needed, and the site is only 3miles from the nearest shop/supermarket, and there is a lovely pub within walking distance. We were very lucky with the weather, sunny and warm right up until the last few days where we did have some heavy rain, but we got everything dry before leaving! :) We had never been to Dorset before but we would definitely recommend this site as the perfect base to explore from, so many beautiful places to see and things to do!! :)
