It was our first visit to this site and I have to say that for us it was a very pleasant experience, we were met by very friendly staff who could not have been more helpful if they tried. While we have been caravanning for a few years now it is the first time that we have tried a fully serviced pitch within the UK we do use fully serviced pitches when we are abroad in such places as Spain but we have not tried one on our home soil before, I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The overall area of this campsite and especially the toilet blocks / showers were always kept clean, neat and tidy, We stayed here for a total of five nights mainly to visit family within the area and the local sites, this is definitely a site that we will return to. Note: if by any chance Tim and Denise Colyer read this feedback, Heather and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the marmalade you left on our caravan step, (Tim and Denise had a slight problem with the motor van step and we were happy to be able to supply a solution of cable ties we then went out for the day and on our return we found a jar of marmalade on our caravan step, they had left the site before we were able to say thank you for such a generous gift, caravanners and motorhome owners are always lovely people)
