We wanted to return to explore Poole and the surrounding area so we felt that Hunters Moon was the most convenient site and our presumption was correct. The welcome that we received could not have been better, friendly and informative. Our pitch was level and situated toward the rear of the site so we suffered no road noise at all, in fact the only noise that we heard were from the occasional military helicopters. The site facilities were excellent and kept very clean indeed. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed the dog walks in both areas although we would not have let her off lead even if there had been no notices - Rabbits!! and squirrels which are our dogs favorite chases.We felt also that the provision of the television aerial booster service was a very nice addition to the facilities - a good signal on the odd occasions when it was required. In conclusion the site gave us just what we wanted - a quiet restful six days in a friendly environment and area.
