We recently stayed at Hillhead to test out our new 8 meter Hobby. The site itself was as expected, as we had stayed there before. First Class. However, when we came to leave, due to my inexperience, I managed to wedge the Hobby between a stone wall and a fence, on a downhill slope, and part grass. I was well and truly stuck, and TBH a little embarrassed . The team at Hillhead were in the middle of their cleaning duties, but dropped everything to come and help, including the taking down of the fence. It took a bit of scratching heads, but in the end we got there. They even allowed me to drive the wrong way round the one way system! On top of all that, they kept telling me they had had to deal with worse. I am not sure they have, I think they were saving my embarrasement. I have seen on occasions, that staff get criticised. The team at Hillhead are First Class, and deserve to be told. Thank You.
