I love this site.  We have just spent 16 days here with our two youngest children - boy 15 and girl 4.  The play area is excellent.    The staff are fantastic and helpful.  The facilities are great and clean.  The entertainment was variable, but the highlight had to be Mr WishyWashy, what a legend.  The food was nice enough.  It did get busy but that's a good sign, isn't it?  Just get there early rather than moaning about it. With regards to getting a pitch, we arrived at 6.30pm after a nightmare journey and had a choice of 1!! No dilemma there then!  The next morning we had the choice of those people who were leaving and found a lovely quiet spot with loads of room.  The pitches do vary in size quite remarkably; some would have required my van to be airlifted in!! It really is a lottery and nothing to get heated about.   If I was going to have a moan, it would be the lazy dog owners who did not pick up and the wild west attitude of the bin lorry driver.  5 mph should most definitely apply to this lunatic. We will be returning soon without doubt.
