John (?) is correct. The marketing people are setting about destroying the club. Prices are not only high but immensely complicated with typically 13 different prices for a pitch.
This policy of following the holiday industry with punitive pricing for young families during school holidays will deter new generations of caravaners.
We are a club, owned and operated for the benefit of members - or are we?
Older members are not particularly put off by the higher prices but are more inclined to choose the quieter times outside school holidays.
Give young families a break, they are the next generation of caravanners.

I have to agree with the prices being too much. We visit the site out of season and it is no where near it's full capacity. It's a good site in a good area and the team work well to make it a pleasant stay, but the peak prices are well out of our reach and for a lot of families I would think.

Overpriced and there also seems to be endless noise from all of the machinery used for mowing, trimming ,blowing why dont they use electrically powered equipement as there is power at every pitch.
Hopefully they don,t cut the hedges whilst birds are nesting

Totally impractical! The EHUs will be already in use. Yards and yards of cable would be needed - think H&S. It’s a caravan site, not a few feet of back garden and even electric powered machines are not silent.
Perhaps a push along mower would be your choice?π
