Just come back from a long weekend at this site, we used it as a base to visit friends in Sonning & Henley. I read all the report about the road noise but now having stayed there, and on a pitch not that far from the road. it's not that bad in my opinion. I'd use the site again. Nice neat, clean site, Wardens seemed nice enough, shop sells papers, meat, eggs, milk etc. TV via hook up to EHU points is fine. Average phone signal on EE but I had 4G all the time. No Dog walk on site just a fenced area to toilet them. There is a nice dog walk just down the road towards Henley via a public footpath that leads down to the river. Be aware you can't get into Henley this way though. You do need to cross the road as soon as you walk off site and the Pavement is narrow. There also seemed to be a good bus service operating. If you are having second thoughts about this site because of the noise reports I would say try it like we did and you may be surprised. The wardens told us it's always booked up so it can't be that bad.
