We have just returned from a 5 night stay on this lovely site. The facilities were immaculate and the check in was excellent with a cheerful, informative and helpful warden. There's a lovely quiet dog walk at the bottom of the site around the outside of the play area. The Harman's Cross station is a few minutes walk from the site, with the Swanage Steam Railway taking you back decades in a time warp! Had a lovely walk back from Corfe Castle to the site. We lunched twice at the New Inn, Church Knowle and the food was excellent. Lovely steak and blue vinny cheese pie and one of the best grilled sea breams I have had in years! Highly recommend this tidy and friendly site, in a beautiful location not far from the sea cliffs, with plenty of wildlife in the area (deer, adders, brown hares to name a few!) so we will be back.
