Just returned from a 6 night break at this wonderful site. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful countryside and so tranquil. You can hear the 'puffing and tooting' of the local steam train and we used to enjoy a 10 minute stroll to the station to watch the steam train arrive. The wardens, Andie and Al, were so friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. They keep the site pristine and the toilet facilities immaculate. We had the best fish and chips in Swanage from "The Fish Plaice" (long queues but well worth the wait) and afternoon tea at "Love Cake" - also in Swanage. We would definitely recommend this site and shall certainly be returning.
