This is the smallest CC site we've been on at just 50ish pitches. Flat pitches terraced on a hill where you can just about see the sea. Down the lane is a station on the Steam railway running to Swanage, Corfe Castle etc. Swanage, like so many English seaside resorts is a jaded (but by no means the worst). It's bay is a beautiful setting with boats trips to Poole (tatty place). Corfe castle (2 miles) is a lovely village with several eateries. Studland bay is beautiful with great facilities (cafes and water sports hire). All good standard as it is run by the National Trust. Lulworth Cove is pretty with, again a good standard of facilities.
