Quiet relaxation
I am tempted to not write a review as I want to keep this little gem a secret. It is a small site with a friendly welcome. Set in a hollow beside a sheltering wood there is a quiet and relaxed feeling here. While my children enjoyed nipping up to the corner of the site to watch the steam trains puffing by in the valley there is not a lot to occupy youngsters. But if this is a base for visiting the superb coast and countryside then that should not be a problem As previous reviewers have noted there are not a vast array of showers but we did not have to queue or wait so have no complaints. The only thing I would highlight is that you really do not want to meet a departing caravan on the narrow hill before the entrance so please take the advice regarding departure and arrival.
Thank you for a lovely short stay
